Returns and Refunds

If you’re not perfectly satisfied with your order, you may return items within 14 days. Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with the original packaging included.
  • Items must be returned with all VERV LONDON security tags and brand tags attached in their original position.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please take care to try on carpeted surface so as not to mark the soles.
  • Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be received by VERV LONDON within 14 days of receipt of the order.

In order to return an item, you must send an email to enquiries@vervlondon.com with your order number and the product codes of the items you wish to return. We will send you a return authorisation code and a return shipping label within 24 hours by email. You must pack your return items using the original packing provided and print and attach the return shipping label securely to the box, ensuring the previous shipping label is covered.

You may book collection of by calling your local DHL office or booking online at  http://www.dhl.com/en/express.html. You will need to enter your waybill number – this is printed on the returns labels below the first barcode.

Once your return has been received and accepted by us, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding order delivery and return shipping costs. Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by our courier, by order of the customs office, cannot be refunded by V E R V LONDON.
